Erika Lockhart

Erika Lockhart has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Erika began their career at Major Video as a Sales Manager/CSS, where they supervised a team and managed finances. Erika then worked as a Nurse Assistant-Administration at Nia K. Terezakis, MD, APMC. Following that, Lockhart taught dance at the Shawn G. Lynch School of Dance for nearly a decade. Erika joined Peoples Health as an IPA Operations Coordinator, later becoming a Market and IPA Operations Analyst and then Manager of Market Operations. Currently, Lockhart is working at Lumeris as a Population Health Manager, Senior Manager of Population Health Management, and Market Director of Provider Engagement. Their responsibilities at Lumeris include enhancing provider engagement, driving awareness and adoption of quality and service offerings, and presenting to various stakeholders.

Erika Lockhart earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Holy Cross between 2003 and 2008. Prior to that, they obtained a high school diploma in All from St. Mary's Dominican High School, graduating in 2003. In 2015 and 2016, Erika Lockhart attended the Leadership Jefferson Chamber of Commerce, focusing on topics such as Governance, Healthcare, Education, Quality of Life, and Economic Development, although no degree was specified.
