Role and Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as an Account Manager.
Job Summary: Reporting to the Canadian Sales Director, the Account Manager is responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and maximizing revenue opportunities. You will serve as the main point of contact between the company and its clients, working to understand client needs and goals and ensuring those needs are met. While a portion of the role is focused on renewing existing clients, you will also be responsible for selling to other teams within our client base and identifying potential new clients.

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (sometimes required).
Proven experience in account management, sales, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and office productivity tools.
Knowledge of the industry and the company's products or services.
A customer-focused and proactive approach to work.
