Amy McNickle is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in creative and administrative roles. Currently serving as Co-curator for the High Score Game Audio conference at APRA AMCOS since March 2024 and as Chief of Staff at Lumi Interactive since July 2022, Amy focuses on cultivating a dynamic Studio Culture through improved internal operations. In addition, Amy's work as a Creative Director, Composer, and Artist emphasizes the complexities of human emotion across various mediums. Previous positions include Project Administration Manager at Bryce Raworth Pty Ltd, Office Manager at Kirby Architects, and Office Administrator roles at Watson Young Architects and ARM Architecture, among others. Amy holds a Master of Fine Arts from RMIT University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interactive Composition from the University of Melbourne.
