Alessia Marcolini

Alessia Marcolini is a Python Development Engineer at LUMICKS since December 2022, focusing on the development and testing of AI algorithms for Cell Avidity and management of ML infrastructure. Previous experience includes positions as a Machine Learning Research Intern at Bayer and Junior Data Scientist at HK3lab, where optimization and documentation of AI and statistical predictive algorithms were key responsibilities, along with the development of diagnostic Deep Learning models. Alessia also served as an R&D Consultant at tensorwerk, contributing to data versioning tools, and held a Junior Research Assistant role at Fondazione Bruno Kessler, where co-direction of a tech lab aimed at introducing high-school students to data science was a highlight. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Università di Trento and advanced studies in Data Science through the EIT Digital Master School at Technische Universität Berlin and Eindhoven University of Technology.
