Kim Groop

Kim Groop is an accomplished entrepreneur and board member with extensive experience in corporate finance and technology ventures. Currently serving as a board member for companies including LumiDB, FinanceKey, and Yaak, Kim is also the co-founder and managing partner at First Fellow Partners, focusing on supporting future entrepreneurs. As the founder of KG Ventures, a corporate finance boutique, Kim specializes in investments and advising on international cross-border mergers and acquisitions. Previous board roles include positions at Epassi, aito.ai, Heltti, and Enevo Inc., showcasing a diverse portfolio in innovative sectors such as mobile payments, preventive healthcare, and waste management. Kim Groop holds a Master’s Degree from Hanken School of Economics, obtained between 1995 and 2000.
