Crystal Harrell, PhD, MPH, MS, currently serves as an Academic Success Coach at Education Blog, supporting over 450 underserved students and creating educational resources. In addition, Crystal mentors research opportunities for high school students through Lumiere Education, collaborating with prestigious programs established by Harvard and Oxford PhDs. Previously, Crystal held the position of First Lieutenant in the US Army Medical Department and worked as a Teaching Fellow at Yale School of Public Health, facilitating engaging learning environments. Crystal’s earlier roles included Graduate Research Assistant positions at both The George Washington University and Auburn University, focusing on public health and data analysis. Crystal's educational background includes a PhD in Social and Behavioral Sciences from Yale School of Public Health and an MPH in Epidemiology from The George Washington University.
