Nandini Meenakshi

Nandini Meenakshi Pesaladinne is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management and operations, currently serving as the Internal Program Operations Lead and Program Manager at Lumiere Education since August 2022. Nandini previously held the position of Program Manager at GetSetUp and contributed to Teach For India as a fellow from June 2019 to August 2021, mentoring 200 students and planning experiential learning initiatives. Additional roles include Social Media Management Intern at CatAlyst and Development and Communications Intern at Teach For India, where significant contributions were made to marketing and donor reporting. Nandini began a career at Teach For India as a Recruitment Intern, successfully recruiting over 350 fellows. Nandini earned a BSc in Business Management from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School in 2019.
