Diane Larrabee

Diane Larrabee has a diverse work experience starting in 2001 as a Graduate Student Researcher at Rice University. Diane then worked as an NRC Postdoctoral Fellow at the U.S. Naval Research Laboratory from 2006 to 2008. In 2008, they joined Spectrolab as a Staff Engineer. Since 2011, Diane has been working at Lumileds, first as a Characterization Engineer in the Epitaxy Technology Group, then as a Senior Manager in Technology Integration, and currently as the Director of Technology Integration for the Epitaxy Technology Group. Diane'sexpertise lies in technology integration and epitaxy.

Diane Larrabee completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge from 1997 to 2000. Diane then pursued a Doctor of Philosophy in Engineering Physics/Applied Physics at Rice University between 2001 and 2006.
