Hooi-Siang Tan

Hooi-Siang Tan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and product development within the optoelectronics industry. Since December 2012, Hooi-Siang has held the position of Senior Manager at Lumileds, overseeing various LED and infrared LED activities for general illumination and automotive applications. Prior to this role, Hooi-Siang served as Product/Process/Subcon/Operation Manager at Avago Technologies, focusing on engineering management, project management, and plant setups. Earlier experiences include positions at Altera as an Advanced Failure Analysis Engineer and at Philips Lumileds as a Senior Test Engineer. Hooi-Siang Tan earned a degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia.
