Adam Colorado

Adam Colorado has a diverse work experience in compliance and legal roles. Adam currently works at Lumin Digital as a Compliance Manager, responsible for developing a compliance program for a financial software company. Prior to that, they worked as a Compliance Analyst at Lumin Digital, where they focused on various compliance programs. Before joining Lumin Digital, Adam served as a Senior Compliance Analyst at Green Dot Corporation, ensuring compliance with consumer protection laws and regulations. Adam also worked as a Regulatory Affairs Associate at AFEX, where they managed regulatory change and licensing requirements. Adam started their career as a Legal Intern at Sapirstein & Sapirstein, P.C., specializing in employment/labor litigation and real estate transactions. Adam also gained experience as a Legal Extern in the Intellectual Property Department at The Hartford, focusing on data privacy and patent law. Furthermore, they interned at the Connecticut Office of the Attorney General, Employment Rights Department, assisting with employment/labor litigation.

Adam Colorado attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 2010 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History. In 2014, they enrolled in the University of Connecticut School of Law and completed their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree in 2017. Additionally, in 2016, Adam spent a year at the Universitat Pompeu Fabra, studying International Law and Legal Studies.
