Santosh Shenoy

Santosh Shenoy has a diverse work experience that spans across various companies and roles. Santosh started their career at Ugam Solutions in 2000, where they worked as a Senior Manager. During their time at Ugam Solutions, they played a crucial role in setting up the ConfirmIT survey programming practice and worked with major research companies across the US, UK, and AU. Santosh also managed survey programming practice and eCommerce marketing content teams, supported data collection and tabulation, and provided consultative feedback to clients. In 2007, Santosh joined Datamatics Global Services as a Senior Manager in eRetail Solutions. Santosh gradually progressed to the role of Assistant General Manager and then Head of Delivery & Operations, responsible for setting up online retail solutions and overseeing operations across multiple locations. In 2014, Santosh joined Lumina Datamatics as Assistant Vice President - eRetail and later became the Managing Partner of a private sector company. Since 2016, they have been with Lumina Datamatics Limited, first as Assistant Vice President and now as Vice President - eCommerce Operations.

Santosh Shenoy completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Mumbai from 1995-1998. Santosh later pursued a Diploma in Software Programming from the National Institute of Information Technology. Additionally, they obtained a Diploma in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from the Welingkar Institute of Management.
