Jeannie Horsfield

Jeannie Horsfield is an experienced professional with a diverse background in psychometrics, training, and organizational change. Currently serving as an Accredited Lumina Learning Psychometric Practitioner at Lumina Learning since May 2013, Jeannie also holds the position of Senior Consultant for "Patient Experience Revolution Training" at Interaction CTHT Ltd. and has been the Director of Steppingstones UK since its founding in 2003. Jeannie is an accredited Anger and Stress Management Consultant and Life Mastery Coach, and has previously co-owned the Attitude Academy and worked as an Associate with CoCompany. Jeannie has contributed significantly to leadership development initiatives, including winning the Training Journal Silver Award in 2014 for work with a global communications organization. Educated through the British Association of Anger Management, Jeannie combines extensive consultancy experience with a commitment to transformational training and development.
