Jorge Sierra

Jorge Sierra has over 20 years of work experience. From 2018 to present, they have been working as a Senior Software Project Manager at Lumina Software. From 2015 to 2018, they were a Consultor at Praxis, where they were responsible for process analysis, scope management, changes and stakeholders, user requirement analysis, and evaluation of SEG Neurona and GIP tools from Spain. From 2009 to 2015, they were a Lider de Proyectos at Softnet Soluciones, where they handled project scope management, time, cost and resource estimations, budget control, activity monitoring, risk management, and change management. From 2008 to 2009, they were a Lider de Proyecto at Northware. From 1998 to 2008, they were an Administrador de Proyectos at ABA Seguros, where they were responsible for project scope management, budget planning and management, personnel recruitment, time, cost and resource estimations, supplier management, project tendering, risk management, and change management.

Jorge Sierra has a Maestro en Administración de Negocios Área Finanzas from Universidad Tec Milenio, obtained between 2013 and 2015. Jorge also has a Licenciatura en Informática from Technology jobs Mexico, obtained between 1993 and 1998. Additionally, they have obtained four professional certificates: Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate (SFPC) from CertiProf in September 2020, Scrum Master Professional Certificate (SMPC®) from CertiProf in September 2020, Scrum Product Owner Professional Certificate - SPOPC from CertiProf in January 2022, and PMP from Project Management Institute.
