Graham Sills

Graham Sills is the Director of AI & Operations at Luminance. Graham has over six years of experience in the tech industry, with a focus on software development.

Graham started their career at Autonomy Systems in 2010 as a Software Developer. Graham then moved to Aurasma in 2011, where they worked as a Technical Producer. In 2012, they joined Neurence, where they spent four years as a Senior Developer.

In their current role at Luminance, Graham is responsible for managing the technical team and ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards. Graham is an expert in software development and has a proven track record in leading successful teams.

Graham Sills received their MMath from Trinity College, Cambridge and their PhD from Felsted School.

Graham Sills reports to Eleanor Weaver, Chief Executive Officer. Some of their coworkers include Priya Bains - Head of Product, Jaeger Glucina - Head of Sales, and James Loxam - Chief Technology Officer.
