Rachel Lyons

Rachel Lyons is a highly experienced legal professional with a diverse background in the legal and customer success sectors. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Luminance since May 2024, Rachel specializes in Legal-Grade™ AI solutions for document management. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Legal Counsel at FTI Consulting, where Rachel was part of the EMEA legal team, and as Legal Counsel at A&L Goodbody, focusing on investment funds. Rachel has also held positions at WisdomTree, McCann FitzGerald, and completed legal secondments at Irish Life and McCann FitzGerald. Rachel holds a Master's degree in Business Management from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Law from University College Dublin, supplemented by professional training at Uppsala University and the Law Society of Ireland.
