Vanessa Colomar

Vanessa Colomar is the Director at Luminance. Vanessa has over twenty years of experience in communications, strategic consulting, and knowledge sharing.

Vanessa started their career at Edelman in 2000 as a Senior Associate specializing in corporate and financial communications for clients in the technology industry. In 2003, they joined Burson Marsteller as the Director of Knowledge Sharing Worldwide, managing the global team responsible for developing and implementing knowledge sharing systems across the company's 100 offices and affiliates. Vanessa left Burson Marsteller in 2005 to join Sermelo as an Associate Partner, providing strategic consulting to companies wanting to improve performance by aligning their communications with their business goals.

In 2011, Vanessa joined HP as the SVP Corporate Communications, and they left HP in 2012 to join Luminance.

Vanessa Colomar has a BA Honours in Spanish and Italian from Durham University, an MA in Journalism from Universidad Autonoma de Madrid, and a Woldingham School.
