Rajesh Hegde is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in system integration, verification, and automotive software development. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Luminar Technologies, Rajesh leads firmware, software, system integration, and verification testing functions for the India Design Center. Previously, Rajesh held key positions at Aptiv, Magna International, HARMAN India, Continental, Delphi, and Visteon, demonstrating a strong track record in vehicle system integration, functional testing for ADAS and automated driving, and managing large engineering teams across global markets. With a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communication and a Post Graduation Diploma in Operation Management, Rajesh has consistently contributed to innovative automotive solutions and has a solid foundation in both technical and leadership roles.
