Tye Tolentino

Tye Tolentino is the current VP of Global Talent Acquisition at Luminar. Prior to Luminar, Tolentino was the Head of Global Tech Recruiting at Zume Inc from January 2018 to February 2020. At Zume, Tolentino was in charge of global growth.

Prior to Zume, Tolentino was the Head of Talent at NAUTO from January 2017 to November 2018. At NAUTO, Tolentino was responsible for leading the talent function and overseeing all recruiting efforts.

Tolentino has extensive experience in recruiting and talent management. Tye has a proven track record of success in building high-performing teams and scaling organizations. Tolentino is a strategic thinker with a passion for attracting top talent and helping organizations reach their full potential.

Tye Tolentino has a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from the University of Southern California and a BS in Exercise Science/ Pre Med from the University of Puget Sound. Tye also has a certification from LinkedIn in LinkedIn Certified Professional–Recruiter and a certification from the American Heart Association in Healthcare Provider (BLS, CPR, AED).
