James Polinsky has a diverse and extensive work experience. James began their career at Vanguard in 2000, where they held various roles such as Retirement Plan and Education Savings Consultant, Call Center Supervisor, and Manager of Corporate Communications. In these positions, they managed teams, led projects, and developed relationships with institutional clients. After working at Vanguard, James joined the United Way of Southeastern Pennsylvania as an Account Executive. James later worked at Lancaster General Health/Penn Medicine in several management roles related to patient access and customer service.
