Mark Worden

Mark Worden has over 29 years of work experience. Mark began their career in 1992 as a QA Engineer at Apple Computer. Mark then moved to Lotus Development in 1995 as a Senior QA Engineer, followed by Netcentives, Inc. in 2000 as a QA Manager. In 1998, they held two positions as QA Manager at Post Communications and Director of Quality Assurance at Yesmail. In 2004, they became the Director of Quality Assurance at diCarta, Inc. From 2006 to 2012, they worked at Cisco in two roles, Director of Engineering and Senior Manager, Quality Assurance. From 2012 to 2019, they were the Senior Director of Engineering at Bracket Computing, where they actively managed multiple engineering teams, hired and retained top engineering talent, and worked closely with PM and architects to review and refine product requirements, designs, and product strategy. Mark then moved to Splunk in 2019 as the Director of Engineering, and is currently the Sr. Director of Engineering at Luminary Cloud.

Mark Worden earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz between 1987 and 1991.
