Lauren Perkins

Lauren Perkins is Luminary Media’s head of talent and Co-Founder. She was previously a principal at True Search, where she took a leadership role in developing the executive search firm’s diversity & inclusion initiative. She attended the University of Virginia and graduated with a BS in civil and environmental engineering.
