Waheed Iqbal

Waheed Iqbal has a diverse range of work experience in the field of software development. Waheed began their career as a Software Developer at Visual Vision Soft in 2004, where they were involved in planning, coordinating, and developing desktop and web applications using HTML, ASP.net, JavaScript, and Ajax. Waheed then worked as a Computer Programmer at the Strategic Policy Unit, where they were responsible for installing and converting the District's Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS) into a new format.

In 2008, Waheed joined Visual Vision Soft again, this time as a Senior .Net Developer. Waheed was engaged in the analysis and development of projects, performed research work, and was responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing various desktop and web applications. Waheed then moved to ComsDev as a .Net Developer, where they had primary responsibilities in design, development, and implementation of different desktop and web applications using ASP.Net Web Forms, MS SQL Server, Crystal Reports, Javascript, HTML, and CSS.

In 2009, Waheed worked as a Software Engineer at Relax Solutions Pvt Ltd, where their responsibilities included analysis, design, development, and implementation of various applications. Waheed also created project documentation including DFD's Activity Diagrams in Rational Rose. At PIAU, S&GAD, Government of Punjab, they held the role of Senior Software Engineer, where they worked on system analysis, wrote the requirement specification documents, acted as the development lead, and designed the overall structure of Government IT systems.

In 2010, Waheed joined NetSol Technologies Inc. as a Principal Software Engineer, where they conducted new technology research, participated in product and program collaboration, and developed new product concepts and prototypes. Waheed then moved to Innovative Whiz in 2012, where they became a Software Engineering Manager. In this role, they were responsible for analysis, design, implementation, deployment, and maintenance of systems. Waheed also managed and motivated a team of developers, organized daily meetings, and coordinated tasks to ensure successful completion of projects.

Most recently, Waheed has been working at Luminello, Inc. as a Software Architect since 2016. Waheed'sresponsibilities include analysis, planning, design, implementation, deployment, maintenance, and upgrading of existing systems. Waheed collaborates with stakeholders and teams to prioritize requirements and execute development plans, and also deploys software tools and processes.

Waheed Iqbal holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Government College University, Faisalabad, which they obtained from 2016 to 2019. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Allama Iqbal Open University between 2000 and 2005. Waheed started their education at Faran Model College in 1998, where they pursued an HSSC - F.Sc degree in Pre-Engineering until 2000. Before that, from 1996 to 1998, they attended Faran Model School and completed their High School education with an SSC - Matric degree. In addition to their formal education, Waheed Iqbal has obtained several certifications, including a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance in December 2022, HIPAA for Business Associates from HIPAA Exams in April 2017, and a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance in December 2020.
