Citserice Jones

Citserice Jones has a strong background in customer service and call center management. Citserice has held various leadership roles in companies such as LUMINESS, Vapor Galleria, EasyCare, and Just Energy. Citserice's expertise includes customer experience, retention, and training. Citserice holds an MBA in Human Resource & Project Management from Strayer University and a Bachelor of Science in Business from Excelsior University. Currently, Citserice is pursuing Special Education Teacher Certification through ITeach Texas.
