Michael Gear is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the manufacturing sector, currently serving as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Luminex Corporation since June 2021. Prior to this role, Michael held various positions at Baxter International Inc., including Principal Engineer, where significant contributions were made in developing technologies to reduce particulates and leaks in flexible containers across multiple manufacturing sites.
