Natasha Hillsman holds an M.A. in Organizational Business Management and possesses extensive experience in human resources and organizational consulting. Currently serving as Principal Consultant for Physician and Provider Workforce Integration at Luminis Health, Natasha advises top executives on workforce alignment and integration. Additional roles include Director of Human Resources and Senior HR Business Partner at Luminis Health, as well as Graduate Adjunct Lecturer for the Human Resources Graduate Program at McDaniel College. As Founder and CEO of Wellington Hillsman Consulting LLC, Natasha focuses on transformative, data-driven organizational strategies. Previous experience includes consulting and teaching roles at Baystate Health, Springfield Technical Community College, and DENSO Manufacturing TN, Inc., among others.
