Noemi Racz

Noemi Racz has a solid work experience in the field of quality assurance and project management. Noemi started their career at Gameloft in 2013 as a Senior QA Tester, where they specialized in manual game testing on the iOS platform. Noemi successfully reached the position of Senior QA Tester and was responsible for manual test execution, task allocation, creating status reports, and maintaining good communication with production teams and team management.

In 2015, Noemi joined Luminos Labs as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer. Here, they became familiar with e-commerce websites on the EPiServer platform. Noemi gained expertise in CMS and Commerce functionalities and even created training programs for clients based on the implemented functionalities. Their responsibilities included software manual testing, delegating tasks and supervising junior and mid-level testers, client communication, team management, collaborating with the development team to enhance project functionalities, and maintaining a positive attitude in stressful situations.

Noemi further advanced their career at Luminos Labs and took on the role of Project Manager in February 2021.

Noemi Racz enrolled at Universitatea de Artă și Design din Cluj-Napoca in 2011 and completed their Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design in 2015. In December 2017, they obtained the ISTQB Certified Tester, Foundation level certification.
