Manisha Nayar Vohra is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience in various industries. Currently serving as Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at Luminous Power Technologies (P) Ltd since November 2020, Manisha previously held the position of Senior Director of Human Resources at Delhivery from January 2019 to April 2020, where responsibilities included leading the Corporate HR vertical and managing key areas such as Performance and Talent Acquisition. Prior to that, as Director of Human Resources at Macmillan Education from February 2014 to January 2019, Manisha drove HR strategy and operations across multiple locations.
