Pooja Shirali

Pooja Shirali is a seasoned professional in brand and communications, currently working at Luminous Power Technologies (P) Ltd, a market leader in batteries, inverters, and solar solutions, since April 2024. As a co-founder of House of Mirrah since October 2018, Pooja has successfully blended art with entrepreneurship by conducting art walk tours, live painting sessions, and selling DIY kits. Pooja's previous experience includes a pivotal role in the Internal Communications - Special Project during the Schneider Electric and L&T merger, as well as extensive work in various capacities at Schneider Electric from 2015 to 2021. Early career experience includes corporate communications at Gujarat State Petroleum Corporation Ltd and tax consultancy at Ernst & Young. Pooja holds an MBA in Strategic Marketing and Communications from MICA and a Bachelor's degree from MES College of Arts, Commerce & Science.
