Fernando Hurtado

Fernando Hurtado has been working in the software engineering field since 2013. In that time, they have held a variety of roles with different companies. From 2013 to 2015, they were a Software Engineer with Authy, where they led the design and development of the Android application and Authy Desktop app. During the same period, they were also an Android Engineer with Twilio Inc. From 2015 to 2018, they were a Backend Engineer with Picnic Supermarkets, where they led development of the Picnic Accounting System. In 2018, they joined Framer as a Software Engineer, where they designed and developed the Framer to Figma importer and was part of the Framer growth team. Most recently, they joined Luminovo in 2021 as a Frontend Technical Lead.

Fernando Hurtado obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Systems Engineering from Universidad de Los Andes between 2009 and 2013. In 2012, they attended the Younoodle Entrepreneurship Immersion Camp. In 2016, they obtained two Coursera Course Certificates: one for Understanding Financial Markets and one for Learning How to Learn: Powerful mental tools to help you master tough subjects.
