Alexandra Balasiu

Alexandra Balasiu is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in digital marketing and team leadership. Currently serving as the Head of Marketing at Act-3D - Lumion since April 2021, Alexandra has successfully expanded the marketing team from 4 to 12 members while driving strategic initiatives across various marketing functions. Prior experience includes leading a global digital transformation program as Global Digital Manager at Mars, where Alexandra directed owned media strategies for a team of 30, and serving as Regional Digital Business Manager at Royal Canin, where significant e-commerce growth was achieved in emerging markets. Alexandra holds a Mini MBA in Marketing, certifications in Growth Marketing and Digital Marketing, and a Master’s degree in Strategic Marketing, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies.
