Joanna McCreary has a diverse work experience in the cosmetics and retail industry. Joanna currently works at Lumity as a Customer Engagement Manager since March 2022, where they are responsible for managing customer engagement. Prior to that, they worked at Lumity as a Client Care Operations Manager from September 2021 to March 2022.
Before joining Lumity, Joanna worked at Dreams/Sofatime as a Sales Consultant from August 2020 to August 2021. Joanna then moved on to Signature Living Ltd, where they served as a Senior Sales Executive - Weddings and Events from November 2018 to August 2020.
Joanna's career in the cosmetics industry began at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty, where they worked as a Retail Artist from September 2016 to November 2018. Joanna also gained experience as a Beauty Consultant at Parfums Christian Dior from March 2016 to September 2016.
Joanna's extensive retail experience includes working at L'Oréal for nearly nine years. Joanna started as an Assistant Manager and Beauty Advisor, eventually becoming a Lancôme Business Manager and City Mentor. In this role, they focused on achieving sales targets, mentoring their team, and delivering high-quality customer service.
Joanna's interest in retail sales and customer service first blossomed when they worked at The Perfume Shop as a Sales Assistant from November 2005 to October 2007. This experience sparked their passion for luxury products and sales, leading their to pursue a career in the cosmetics industry.
Joanna McCreary obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Management Practice from Ulster University between 2014 and 2020. Prior to that, they also completed an Advanced Diploma in Management Practice from the same institution, which took place from 2012 to 2013.
