Melissa Y. is the Director of People & Culture at Lumity, a role held since April 2017, responsible for developing and aligning the People strategy with the company's vision. In this position, ownership of all People, Culture, and HR activities is maintained, with collaborative efforts alongside the CEO to create an agile operating model. Prior to this, Melissa Y. served as Customer Service and HR Manager at Lumity, establishing the Customer Service function in a start-up environment. Previously, Melissa Y. worked as Operations Manager at Caledonian Consumer Finance, managing operational areas and implementing process improvements, and held various operational and support management roles at Kwik Fit Insurance Services from May 2004 to May 2016.
