Leslye Long

Leslye Long is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in youth empowerment and the arts. Currently serving as the Senior Director of STEMWorks at Lumity since October 2024, Leslye Long also operates Leslye Long Art & Design, a Chicago-based business focused on providing bespoke art and design services while supporting underserved youth through initiatives like Pipeline and Project Haven. Prior to these roles, Leslye Long was the owner of Inspire Trainings and Events LLC, overseeing career development events for young people, and worked as a Regional Program Manager at Fresh Films DT and Assistant Program Director at Manufacturing Renaissance, specializing in youth training in advanced manufacturing. Leslye Long holds a BA in Visual Arts Management from Columbia College Chicago, earned from 1999 to 2001.
