Deborah Leland

Deborah Leland, PMP, is an accomplished Program Manager currently working at Lumivero since April 2024. Prior to this role, Deborah held the position of Director of IT Program Management at VITAC, where leadership of a global team focused on enterprise application projects was key. Earlier experiences include serving as Vice President and Senior Director of Technology Solutions at Virtual, Inc., overseeing Salesforce development and strategic initiatives. Deborah's tenure at Progress Software included various roles, advancing to Director of Information Technology/Program Manager, where management of global project teams was essential. With a solid foundation in human resources from Lightbridge and significant program management experience since 1999 at Zensar Technologies, Deborah holds a Master’s degree in Management of Programs and Projects from Brandeis University, a Bachelor’s in management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and a PMP certification from Villanova University.
