Ernesta Gerstenlauer

Ernesta Gerstenlauer currently serves as VP of Client Success & Training and previously held the title of VP of Direct Sales & Customer Success at Lumivero since May 2022. Prior experience includes over a decade at the Higher Education division of John Wiley and Sons, where Ernesta progressed through various roles, culminating as Senior Director of Admissions. Earlier roles also include significant positions at DeVry University and service in the United States Marine Corps in Supply and Logistics. Ernesta holds a Master’s degree in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management and a B.S. in Business Information Systems from DeVry University.
