Widiandani Sanjaya has been working in the tech industry since 2017. In that year, they began as a Business Development Executive at PT Atreus Global. In 2018, they joined Monroe Consulting Group, Asia as a Consultant - Tech Industry, and was promoted to Senior Consultant - Tech Industry later that year. In 2020, they moved to Shopee as a Talent Acquisition. Currently, they are a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Lummo, a position they have held since 2022.
Widiandani Sanjaya completed a Bachelor's degree in Dutch Language and Literature from the University of Indonesia.
