Jane Mayer - M.ed.

Jane Mayer, M.Ed., ACC, is a seasoned Leadership and Team Coach with nearly two decades of experience in coaching and career development. Jane Mayer Coaching has been the primary platform for coaching individuals and teams since 2005, focusing on leveraging clients' strengths and achieving their goals. Currently, Jane serves as an Executive and Leadership Development Coach with IMPACT Group, a Coach Trainer for FLUXIFY’s ICF-certified coaching program, and the Director of Coaching for Talent Matters LLC while also providing executive coaching at LUMO. Previous roles include Director of Employer Relations at the Darla Moore School of Business and various leadership positions at Newberry College and the Moore School of Business. Jane holds a M.Ed. in Higher Education Administration focusing on Career Services and a BA in Music from the University of South Carolina.
