Pekka Kinnunen

Pekka Kinnunen has over 15 years of work experience in various roles. From 2019 to present, they have been the CTO of Lumoa, a Helsinki-based technology startup that uses AI to help companies understand what drives customer satisfaction. From 2018 to 2019, they were the CxO of EasyWash, where they led a project from marketing to product to launch the MVP and versions beyond for a car washing app. Pekka also defined the pricing and sales strategy. From 2017 to 2018, they were the CEO and Co-Founder of SalesFollow. From 2018 to 2019, they were a Development Manager at Visma. From 2015 to 2018, they were the CTO of Movenium Oy, where they helped customers increase their productivity, safety, quality, and compliance with regulations. From 2015 to 2018, they were an Advisor at Midaxo. From 2009 to 2010, they were the Head of Product Development and CTO and Development Director for Nervogrid at ALSO Cloud. From 2010 to 2011, they were a Test Manager at Scoopshot. From 2006 to 2009, they were a Consultant at Blyk. From 2005 to 2006, they were a Consultant at Tesnet, where they helped the company grow by over 100%.

Pekka Kinnunen's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications and IT from the Helsinki Institute of Technology, obtained between 1999 and 2003. Pekka then went on to obtain a Master's degree in Industrial Management from the Helsinki University of Applied Sciences between 2009 and 2011. In 2014 and 2015, they completed a Graduate program in Global Leadership from Aalto University Executive Education Ltd. Finally, they obtained a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Aalto University Executive Education Ltd between 2016 and 2019. In addition to their degrees, Pekka has also obtained various certifications from institutions such as Microsoft, Salcom Group, Chasm Institute LLC, RIPE NCC, Tieto, Merito, Abase, Tieturi, Tellabs, Cisco and more.
