Emer Lynam

Emer Lynam has extensive work experience in various roles within the finance and human resources sectors. Emer is currently a founding member of Nexus, a community of Chief People Officers aimed at shaping and informing policies in the modern People landscape. Prior to this, they served as the Chief People Officer at Lumon. Emer also worked as a programme lead at Provident Financial Group (PFG) and held multiple positions at BrightHouse, including Human Resources Director, Head of Change Management, Head of Financial Planning Analysis, Head of Retail Finance, and Head of Commercial Finance.
