Bilal Raja

Bilal Raja began their work experience as an Industrial Design Intern at FLEX/the INNOVATIONLAB B.V. in July 2010. Bilal then worked as an Industrial Designer at Karuma from February 2011 to December 2011. From August 2012 to July 2014, they worked as an Industrial Designer at Mizzi Studios. In January 2016, they joined Lumos as the Head of Design. There is no specified end date for their role at Lumos.

Bilal Raja obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nottingham in 2008. In 2009 and 2010, they attended the Umeå Institute of Design to study Industrial Design. From 2014 to 2017, they pursued two Master's degrees simultaneously, one at the Royal College of Art and the other at Imperial College London, both in Global Innovation Design. Additionally, in 2014, they briefly studied Global Innovation Design at the Pratt Institute and in 2015 at Keio University.
