Shira Gozovsky

Shira Gozovsky has worked in Human Resources for over 17 years. Shira began their career in 2004 as an HRBP at Ness. Shira then moved to SES Satellites in 2013 as an HR Manager. In 2017, they were promoted to HR Director at Elbit Systems Ltd. Most recently, in 2022 they were appointed as the Head of People at Lumus Ltd.

Shira Gozovsky earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the College of Mangement Academic between 1997 and 2000. Shira then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Organizational Behavior Studies at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, which they completed in 2005.
