Alex Zlotnik

Alex Zlotnik has a diverse work experience in the field of optical engineering and technology. Alex is currently serving as the Chief Science Officer at Luna Solutions since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the CTO and Founding Partner at 6over6, where they developed a revolutionary platform for mobile optometry tests. Alex started their career as an Optical Engineer at Z-Square in 2014, followed by a role as the Chief Optical Engineer at Xceed Imaging from 2006 to 2013. Before entering the industry, they worked as a Project Officer in the Israel Defense Forces from 2003 to 2006. Alex gained teaching experience as a Teaching Assistant at Tel Aviv University from 2001 to 2003.

Alex Zlotnik has a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Tel Aviv University, which they obtained from 1998 to 2002. Alex then pursued a Master's degree (MSc) in Optics at Tel Aviv University from 2002 to 2003. Following this, Alex attended Bar Ilan University from 2009 to 2014, where they obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Engineering.
