Cameron Childs

Cameron Childs has over 20 years of experience in various roles that include business development, partnerships management, licensing, and corporate research agreement management. Cameron'scurrent role is as a Business Development Manager at Luna Labs USA, starting in March 2023. Prior to that, they were the Chief Development Officer at Intelligent Nanofiber, Inc., starting in April 2021. Cameron also worked as an Associate at Early Charm Ventures from January to April 2021. Cameron'searlier work experience includes roles at VT Group as a Task Manager from December 2019 to December 2020, Senior Partnerships Manager at U.S. Naval Research Laboratory from October 2017 to July 2019, and Founder at CQ Corporation from April 2016 to October 2017. Cameron also served as a Business Development Executive at Argonne National Laboratory from October 2014 to April 2016 and as a Licensing Associate at U.S. Naval Research Laboratory from August 2009 to October 2014. Cameron started their career as a Nuclear Machinist Mate in the United States Navy from June 1998 to June 2004.

Cameron Childs earned a BS in Nuclear Engineering Technology from Thomas Edison State University from 2001 to 2006. From 2006 to 2009, they attended George Mason University - School of Business and obtained an MBA with a concentration in Project Management. Additionally, Cameron holds several certifications, including Certified Personal Trainer from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, obtained in 2006, 2008, 2010, and 2012. They also obtained Quality Assurance for Radioactive Material Packaging from the U.S. Department of Energy in 2016 and Data Science Orientation from Coursera in 2022.
