Kim-Yen Nguyen

Kim-Yen Nguyen has worked in a variety of roles since 2006. Starting as a private tutor in English at Home in 2006, they then moved on to become a Language Assistant at Wall Street Institute in 2010. In 2011, they took on the role of Volunteer Secretary and Treasurer at Helvietmed. From 2012-2013, they were a HR Intern at Stryker Osteonics SA - EEMEA, a Personal Assistant at FA Consulting & Coaching, and an Executive Assistant at EPFL - Center for Neuroprosthetics and Brain Mind Institute. Finally, from 2016 onward, they have been an HR Specialist, Human Resources Management Assistant, and Executive/Administrative Assistant at Lunaphore.

Kim-Yen Nguyen has a diverse educational background. In 2021, they obtained a HR Specialist with Federal Diploma of Higher Education from CEFNA - Formations pour adultes, with a focus in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General. From 2009 to 2013, they attended Universit\u00e9 de Fribourg - Universit\u00e4t Freiburg, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English literature and linguistics, with a minor in psychology-pedagogy. In 2012-2013, they attended Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 des Employ\u00e9s de Commerce (SEC) Fribourg, where they earned an Assistant in personnel management with HRSE Certificate, with a focus in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General. Finally, from 2004-2008, they attended Coll\u00e8ge St-Michel, where they earned a Swiss Matriculation Certificate, with a major in economics and law and a minor in biology. In addition to these qualifications, Kim-Yen Nguyen has obtained several certifications, including a Brevet F\u00e9d\u00e9ral de Sp\u00e9cialiste RH from H|R|S|E Human Resources Swiss Exams in 2021, a CPE (Cambridge Certificate of Proficiency in English): Grade B from University of Cambridge ESOL Examinations in 2011, a CAE (Cambridge Certificate of Advanced English): Grade B from University of Cambridge ESOL Examinations in 2009, and a TOEFL from ETS in 2009.
