Gabrielle Ustoyev

Gabrielle Ustoyev currently serves as Chief of Staff to the CEO at Lunchbox, a position held since September 2021, while also managing strategy and operations within the company. Prior to this role, Gabrielle was involved in investment banking at RBC Capital Markets, focusing on mergers and acquisitions from July 2020 to September 2021, and completed internships in the same division during the summers of 2018 and 2019. Gabrielle is also the founder of Nycollegebites, a food blog established in June 2016 to help college students make affordable food choices, which gained over 8,000 followers and developed collaborations with restaurants for discounts. Education was pursued at the Zicklin School of Business.
