Bengt Johansson

Bengt Johansson is a Universitetslektor at Lund University, focusing on climate and energy policy research, particularly on the inclusion of industry within national and international climate policy and the interaction between climate transitions and other environmental objectives. Previous roles include serving as a researcher at the Swedish Climate Policy Council and at the Swedish Defence Research Agency (FOI), where Bengt conducted research on climate and energy policy, energy security, climate adaptation, crisis preparedness, and civil defense. Bengt has extensive experience at the Swedish EPA, working on energy and climate policy issues, and completed doctoral studies in environmental and energy systems at Lund University.
