Duojia Cao is a Senior Research Scientist at Minervax ApS since January 2023 and has been a Research Engineer and Lab Manager at Lund University since April 2014, focusing on the adaptive immune response and long-term memory related to a novel vaccine against Group B Streptococci in human and animal models. Previous experience includes a postdoctoral position at Lund University from September 2005 to March 2009, studying B cell tolerance to collagen in rheumatoid arthritis using anti-collagen IgH knockin mice. Duojia Cao was a guest researcher at Harvard Medical School in 2005, where monoclonal B cell hybridomas were generated against human fibrinogen variants. A Ph.D. in Immunology and Rheumatology was obtained from Karolinska Institutet, where research centered on regulatory T cell phenotypes and functions in rheumatic diseases, along with work in angiogenesis research.
