Ranadip Das

Ranadip Das is a Master Thesis Student at BayWa r.e. EMEA, focusing on the profitability of long-duration grid-scale energy storage assets in Nordic markets. Currently a Master's student in Sustainable Energy Engineering at Lund University, Ranadip has extensive experience in the energy sector, previously serving as an Executive Engineer and System Operator at Power System Operation Corporation Ltd, where responsibilities included real-time grid management and market operations in India. Additional roles include Teaching Assistant at Lund University and Executive Trainee at Powergrid Corporation of India Ltd, where project management and commissioning tasks were performed. Ranadip holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Jadavpur University.
