Seyed Morteza Najibi

Seyed Morteza Najibi is a skilled statistician and data scientist currently working at Lund University since July 2019. At Lund, responsibilities include developing AI-based predictive tools within the Department of Clinical Sciences and conducting research in probabilistic machine learning and Bayesian modeling at the Center for Molecular Protein Science. Prior experience includes co-founding and serving as CEO of the Scientific Data Analysis Team, directing a neurostatistics team focused on MRI data analysis, and holding assistant professor positions at Shiraz University and Persian Gulf University. Seyed Morteza Najibi holds a Ph.D. in Statistics from Shahid Beheshti University, a Master’s in Mathematical Statistics from Tarbiat Modares University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics from Persian Gulf University.
