With extensive experience in industrial automation and instrumentation spanning over 13 years at Yamana Gold Inc., responsibilities have included managing engineering tasks, assessing new technologies, and leading commissioning activities. Lucas holds an advanced degree in Project Management (MBA) from Faculdade Alves Farias and a postgraduate degree in Automation and Process Control from SENAI "Ítalo Bologna." Education was completed at Instituto Nacional de Telecomunicações - Inatel.
